“Omi” is the old name of a region in Japan known for its clean water and good rice.
We chose this name to remind ourselves of one simple promise:
No matter how busy we are, we never forget the quality of every bowl of rice and every piece of fish.
This place is consistently phenomenal! I will say everything is good, but mark my words, the sushi burrito is AMAZING!!!! Especially the shrimp tempura sushirito. It is the perfect combination of flavors and textures to the point where we have each ordered two to save one for later...we did not have any later. On top of that the service is impeccable and exceptionally friendly every single time. Support this restaraunt and the people that work there. Good eats made by good people!
